No, the Codec Pack only provides video/audio decoders and few plain demuxers that provide the infrastructure to play the media once decrypted.

The DRM protection schemes are built on top of the players in order to protect the raw media from being stolen and Codec Pack doesn't provide any way to circumvent it.
