Yes, the fluvadec plugin provides support for hardware accelerated decoding trough XvBA, VDPAU and VAAPI interfaces. The system is probed in this specific order. The API probe is based on dlopen the API provider library and attempt to use it. The Open Source Radeon driver provides a VDPAU interface so ensure that XvBA library (/usr/lib/libAMDXvBA.so.1) provided by the proprietary drivers isn't accidentally installed in the system.
